Kabeera super half page folder is a heavy-duty design based on 2:1 principle with double nipping capable of producing tabloid/broadsheet newspaper up to speed of 30,000 copies per hour. The main drive of the folder is through a set of hardened and ground spiral bevel gears and heavy-duty timer belt, and can handle up to six webs for producing up to 24 pages of broadsheet newspaper. It has provision of attachment of quarter page and double parallel folder applicable for books and magazine printing. Specifications: cut-off size – 508, 546, 560 and 578 mm; speed – available in 30,000 copies per hour; cylinders – two cylinders concept consisting of cutting cylinder and jaw cylinder; lubrication – automatic centralised; attachment – provision to attach quarter and double parallel folder; and counter – electronic. Optional features: pneumatic control, double former, and kicker for counting 25 or 50 outputs.
