Weighing/Counting/Packing System for Hardware/Fasteners

Mazda International, manufacturer of a wide range of automatic bagging cum weighing machines, has specially developed a weighing, counting and packing system for hardware and fasteners industry. This machine has accessories like feeding conveyor, bag closer, sealer and strapping machine, etc. It feeds, fills, weighs and counts the product, and is engineered to a very high standard. Suitable lining material reduces impact and noise level, and avoids damage to the delicate threads in fasteners. Features: microprocessor-based with printer/display interface; 2-speed feeders for fast and dribble for accuracy of ?2 pieces; contact parts of SS 304; range covered from 3 x 3 mm grub screw to M12 x 100 and nuts up to M24, in different combination of weights and counts; and FFS arrangement for fills up to 1 kg.
