SP Ultraflex Systems offers Web Inspection and Rewinding Machines, WIR 300. These machines are used in the flexible packaging and converting industry to inspect the printed reel for defects and obtain a defect free reel at the rewind by cut-paste operations. Features: speed up to 250 m/min, shaft-less, floating unwind and rewind sections, automatic unwind tension control through load cells and a closed loop, pneumo-hydraulic edge position sensing equipment, stroboscope synchronized with the machine speed for inspection, ac vector drive system, trim extraction unit and self weight lay on rolls, spring locked in the up position. Model WIR 250 is also offered.
