Volumetric Filling Systems

Spanpak Systems manufactures new concept volumetric filling machines. The filling speed in these is high since continuous dischare, multi-piston hydraulic measuring devices are used for each nozzle. Filling rate is up to 90 cans of one litre per minute. Features include: absolutely drip-free deliveries through specially designed nozzles; ensures rapid recycling of sequence as well as packaging and floor hygiene; considerable value for money since fewer mechanical elements are employed to convey and synchronize containers with filling positions, all other elements being stationary; sustained accuracy of filling since positive displacement hydraulic devices and fast responding electronic circuits are used; repeat accuracy better than ?0.25% in volume of 5 litres; unique facility to fine calibrate volumes between 250 ml and 5 litres in increments of 1 ml through each nozzle instantaneously by facia mounted flick switches; and, adjustments achieved without interrupting the filling sequence.
