Volumetric Filler

Rapid Pack Duplex Volumetric Filler Model DV-3, is developed for filling dry granular powders into preformed pouches/containers.The machine can handle a wide range of products and pack sizes. Pack sizes from 10 g to 1 kg can be handled by the machine, using suitable change parts. The machine can give up to 40 discharges per minute, depending upon the product and pack sizes. The machine has two in-feed discharge ports each giving up to 20 discharges per minute. The machine discharges the set quantity of powder into the pouch/container held under the discharge spouts. All parts coming in direct contact of the product are made from SS 304. For-Bro also manufactures machines for filling non-free flowing powders and pastes.
