Volumetric Filler

Rapid Pack Simplex Volumetric Filler is designed to pack free flowing and granular products. The machine can fill 5 g to 1 kg of product into pre-formed pouches/ containers. A wide range of pack size and products can be handled conveniently. The machine can give up to 20 fills per minute depending upon the product and pack size. An arrangement to compensate for the batch to batch variation of bulk density is provided. Simplicity of construction assists maintenance and cleanliness. All parts coming in contact with the product are made from SS 304. For-Bro also makes machines for soap plants and other pack size machines.
