Vertical form fill seal machines

Vikaash Packaging manufactures vertical form fill seal machines designed to form pouches from a roll of film (virgin or laminates). This automatic machine fills products such as liquids, viscous liquids, creams, powders and granules into the pouch in predetermined quantity. Then the pouch is sealed and cut. The output varies from 30 to 40 pouches per minute depending on the product and packing material. The machine can be fitted with different filling systems such as gravimetric fillers, volumetric fillers, cup fillers, auger fillers and weigh fillers to suit different products. Optional attachments of the system include colour sensor, batch coding device, nitrogen flushing system and counters.
