Hassia Redatron Packaging Machinery manufactures vertical form fill seal (VFFS) machines for filling solids. The machines are now being manufactured in India at its Pune facility. The company has now introduced the fastest VFFS machine in India, featuring different bag style, any wrapping material, and complete product packaging solution, among others. The Hassia Redatron FlexiBag 250 is a high speed bagger that incorporates totally flexible PLC control with superior servo drive technology. It offers better accuracy, easy integration, and several bag designs. Overall machine size is: 1450 x 2350 x 1700 mm approximately. Length of the pouch: 50 mm minimum and 400 mm maximum (up to 550 mm in larger machine). Width of the pouch: 50 mm minimum and 250 mm maximum (up to 380 mm in larger machine). Pouch designs: pillow, gusset, block bottom, stabil pack, stand-in-pouch. Reel width: maximum 520 mm; reel diameter: maximum 600 mm; reel core: 76 mm; nominal output product: approx 120 cycles per minute; connected load: 7.79 kVA, 415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz; pneumatic connection: dry air at 6 bar pressure; air consumption: 250 normal litres/min for heat sealing without seal cooling, 750 normal litres/min for heat sealing with seal cooling; machine colour: nickel grey; packing materials: commercially available, heat sealable or weldable mono and laminated films.
