Machines Boucherie India Pvt Ltd offers Vertical Filling Machine, Model VCU – CNC machine. The VCU is a brand new developed machine, combining high output and cost effectiveness, and in line with the Boucherie tradition of high performance reliable machinery.

Machine Feature:

• Continuously running double-header
• Available with 65 or 95 mm tool stroke, up to 1100 tufts per minute with 95 mm tool stroke
• Full 5-axis CNC control with simple and convenient touch-screen interface, servomotors on all movements
• Automatic transfers between drilling and filling stations with short stop time
• Very sturdy construction with a heavy welded frame for extra stability at high loads

• Filling tools with ceramic inserts available for extremely long tool life, all parts are interchangeable with the well-known TCU filling tools
• Quick and simple change-over – small and handy brush holder tables available for a wide variety of brush models (brooms, toilet brushes, dish brushes)
• Brooms up to 24" (620 mm) can be drilled and filled in one operation
• This machine can be supplied with 2 drilling 1 filling and at later stage can be converted as double header (i.e., 4 drilling and 2 filling)
