VCI Paper, Safewrap

Safepack Industries offers VCI Paper, specially matured kraft paper impregnated with hi-tech, eco-friendly VCIs (volatile/vapour phase corrosion inhibitors). This dry method enables effective and long term protection of metals in adverse conditions, even for hard to reach metal surfaces. Features and benefits: offers protection to a wide range of ferrous, non-ferrous and composite metals; depending on the imperviousness of the pack, protection should last up to 36 months; for defence like applications, protection up to 20 years can also be designed; offers protection by direct contact, as well as distant vapour phase; mono-lonic VCI layer does not affect electrical, optical, mechanical surface properties, carries sufficient load of chemicals and is self-replenishing, thereby permitting inspection and re-packing, eliminates conventional, messy and polluting methods; and extends shelf-life, air tight packaging is not a must. Applications: metal mills, automotive, engineering, electrical electronics, defence, etc. Grades and forms: Safepack VCIs are available with different backings of papers (custom printed up to 4 colours) such as plain, extensible, PE coated, OPP/PET-laminated, woven reinforced, etc. Available as rolls, sheets, liners, inserts, die-cuts, pouches, 3-D covers and bags.
