VCI Packaging

The VCI Packaging seals the outer atmosphere from inside by using the VCI plastic products, such that there is no interaction of the outer atmosphere, with the inside of the packaging. VCI plastic films are made from LDPE are co-extruded and contains the specialized VCI chemicals that are impregnated and presents on the surface for an enhanced long-term rust protection. The use of VCI plastics isolates the components from the influx of humidity during the breathing action of the container; humidity transferred from the corrugated boxes, wooden pallets may cause corrosion of the components.
