The system consists of an annular heater, which heats only the top edge of the tube, followed by a crimping station where the end is sealed, and the price/ date of manufacture is embossed. Finally the cutting station cuts the top end to deliver a neatly sealed tube. The heating is done by using hot air gun, equipped with a microprocessor based, air flow vs temperature control.
