Tube-sealing systems - Maxiseal-LT12

Imeco Ultrasonics manufactures tube sealing systems comprising pneumatically actuated horizontally mounted welding head, complete with convertor, booster, special alloy horn and anvil. The generator creates an alternating voltage with an ultrasonic frequency of 20 or 40 khz across a PZT crystal which converts it into mechanical vibrations. These vibrations are transmitted to a special alloy horn for sealing the plastic tubes. Exclusively designed shelf is provided to house generator, pneumatic controls and constant voltage transformer. Advantages of the system include high output of 30 to 120 tubes/minute depending on model; mountable on almost all tube filling systems; proven rugged circuitry and sound features; low consumption of compressed air and electricity and no fumes or pungent smells.
