TUBE FILLER

Optopac India manufactures Tube fillers. This machine is designed to fill, paste, ointment, cream, food products, chemicals, etc. The machine can fill up to 250 gm and the output varies from 45 to 60 fills per minute depending upon viscosity and flow characteristics of the product. Specifications: capacity - 60 fills/min, max; filling volume -3 to 250 gm; tube size range - 10-50 mm dia, 50-50 mm length; jars - up to 70 mm dia and power consumption - 0.6 kW. Standard equipment: size parts for one tube size and on set of filling parts; one set of tube holders; overload clutch on chain assembly; Geneva type indexing device; stainless steel hopper 45 litres capacity; no tube-no fill device; drive motor; control panel with remote; and safety guards and protective covers. Sealing of tubes: for metal tubes - folding beam with stations for flattening, folding and coding; for laminated/plastic tubes - ultrasonic sealing unit, hot air sealing unit and high frequency sealing unit. Besides there is extra equipment as well as some optional equipment. Special devices include variable speed drive and cap end first ejecting device.
