T-shirt bag making machine, fully automatic

Sainath Eximpo offers a range of high speed bag making machines from Taiyo Group of Taiwan. It offers a fully automatic "T-shirt" bag making machine in which the sealing bars and cutting knives can be turned 180? for easy cleaning; By using split type sealing bars and cutting knives, the sealing device can be kept in perfect conditions. Cutting knives can also be easily changed. In case of a burned out heater, the machine will stop automatically to prevent any further losses. The seal on finished bags can be cooled down by using the flat plate type separator. Changing the roller springs is easy due to the special structure of the rollers, which can be moved upward when necessary. Both air feed and spring systems are used as the film outfeeding device. As soon as the machine is stopped, the film is pulled back to prevent any film shrinkage. The finished bags move out easily because of the conveyor belt"s smooth action. Front sensors detect any tangled film and stop the machine immediately to prevent any defective bags. Because of the sequencer (programmable controller), the machine is really trouble free. It is equipped with Mitsubishi inverter for easy speed change.
