Sonai Industries offers round shrink wrapping machines in two models, SRCM/1 ltr and SRCM/1.5 ltr, with fixed and variable speed.These machines are specially used for label and cap shrinking. Temperature required for shrinking of labels and caps is 125(C to 140(C. The machines use less power (single phase), need less space and only one person is required for production. The low cost machines are highly portable, moveable any where in a plant. Production capacity is 30 to 35 bottles per minute.Product range is 250 ml to 1.5 ltr. Size of product insert in machines is 5"(W) and 15"(H). Over all size of a machine is 24"(W) x 24"(D) x 51"(H). The temperature controller with sensor and speed variators are manufactured by the company and have calibration certificates from ERTL, Government of India.
