Screw Capper

Aurum Packaging Systems offers Screw capper for capping containers with screw caps. The basic model of screw capper consists of a hopper elevator, cap unscrambler and a screw capper. The caps are loaded randomly in the floor level hopper with elevator. The cleated elevator then conveys the caps to the "Orienter Bowl" of the unscrambler. The caps get unscrambled through a series of air jets and are discharged through a chute to the cap pick-up station. Capping spindles grip the caps and screw them on the container necks to a pre-set torque. The filled containers travel on the conveyor to the capping head via timing screw and star wheels. The capped containers are then released on the conveyor via the exit star wheel. The screw capper operates at an output speeds up to 240 units per minute depending upon the sizes and specifications of the product. Three different models are available depending upon the production output.
