Rust proof wrapping

Rajsuraj Engineers offers FERROWRAP 900 rust-proof wrapping. Ferrowrap 900 VCI coated rust preventing paper helps rust-free packaging of ferrous and steel components and assemblies. This paper is poly coated from one side and other side is coated with specially developed VCI formulations. Following testing method can be tried out to confirm the suitability of Ferrowrap 900: take a sample component which needs protection, also take piece of Ferrowrap 900 paper big enough to cover and pack the component completely. Now take water in a beaker and drop 4/5 drops on the VCI coated side of the Ferrowrap 900 paper. Now pack the component into this paper let the component come in contact with water. Keep the packaging for 24 hours and open it to find out the condition of the component. Please note that Ferrowrap 900 is recommended only for ferrous components and not for aluminium and other non ferrous components and assemblies containing non ferrous metal components.
