Rotary Sealing Machine

KEI rotary sealing machine is designed to seal sealable pouches on-line. It can give serrated or ribbed sealing (which is only possible on an automatic continuous packing machine), like vertical form-fill-seal machine or horizontal pillow pack machine. Table-top and conveyor models are available. Among its features are: it seals pouches of virgin materials like LDPE, HMHD, etc, and also laminates; steel endless belts; sealing head tilting facility for easy maintenance; rigid construction for 24-hour operation; seals 25 pouches of 200 mm width in 1 minute; adjusts automatically to suit the pouches of different gauges; operator friendly; and power input: table-top model: 0.5 kW and conveyor model: 1 kW.
