Rotary Cup Filling Machines

Sri Sai Krishna Industries offers Rotary Cup filling Machines. These are designed to fill and seal liquid products like curd, buttermilk, etc., in heat sealable preformed cups. The filling liquid lines are connected to a float balance tank provided on the machine. The complete function of the machine is automatic and programmed by a PLC. This machine has two operational modes like auto and manual. In auto mode the machine runs as per what is programmed in the PLC. In manual mode the machine works according to the operators’ choice. Tasks such as filling, cup moving, lid placement, sealing, ejection and cup drag work independently through electrical switches according to operators' choice.
