Superpack Packaging Machines Pvt Ltd manufactures powder filling machines used for accurate weighing and automatic filling of powders such as pesticides, pharmaceutical powders, food powders, chemicals, detergents, cosmetic powders and tooth powders. Product description: These auger filling machines can fill powders in the range 1 gm to 1 kg packs. They are provided with high?resolution star wheels that precisely set the weight to be filled. In-built electrical panel; vertically mounted clutch and brake mechanism and independently driven stirrer are the other features incorporated for higher accuracies. Optional features include dump yard with inclined screw feeder and level sensor for automatic feeding of the product to the filling machine and fully automatic bottle/tin filling line with conveyor.
