Pouch Sealing Machines

Packaging Appliances & Systems offers various types of pouch sealing machines under the brandname Sealers India. All the models of this electronic pouch sealing machine (impulse type) are suited to seal bags of Polythene (LD, HD, HMHD, LLDPE), polypropylene, BOPP of various thicknesses and thin films of PVC (less than 0.1 mm thickness). Sealing is done by bringing the mouth of the bag between the sealing jaws and pressing the jaws. Current will flow for a preset time of fraction to a couple of seconds which will be indicated by a lamp. The jaws are allowed to remain closed for about 2 to 3 seconds to allow the sealing to cool and set to the tightest seal. With no extra skill an average of 200 to 300 pouches can be sealed in an hour. For general applications where less than 1,000 pouches are sealed per day, the light duty models Instant Mini, Instant 250 or Instant 300 are employed. For more than 1,000 pouches per day heavy duty hand operated model Handy S-250, Handy S-300 are used. For still higher production and thicker pouches or very easy and convenient operation or if semi-solid or liquid items are to be packed, the foot operated models Elegant-300, Elegant-600, T-Top-300 or Horizo 300 Models are used. The pneumatic sealers and rotary sealers are used for very high output or specialised packing. Special sealing machines are also available for Pepsi Cola, shampoo, oil and collapsible plastic tubes.
