Pouch Machine, Multi-Servo Stand-Up & Zipper

XL Plastics has recently introduced their latest development in the field of flexible packaging. The Stand-Up and Zipper Pouch Making Machine is equipped with a multi-servo system whereby each Sealing and Cooling system is actuated by an individual servo system which results in optimum seal strength and quality as the dwell/seal time remains constant even at higher speed. The machine is capable of making multiple stand-up and zipper pouches. It has 4 shaftless unwinders, which can feed 4 separate films. All the 4 films can be run in register with the photocell. When the users have a double up run, the machine can make up to 240 pouches/min. The machine is suitable for making pouches for food packaging, vacuum pouches, oil pouches, etc., using barrier film. The machine can be used for all combinations of laminated film (PE-PET/PE, PET/ALU/PE – PA/PE-PP/PP) as well as unlaminated multilayer film.
