Paste Filling & Closing Machine (Twin Head)

Precitech Industries offers a twin head rotary filling and closing (crimping) machine with a coding device, for filling paste/ointment in tubes. The machine is sturdy and compact in design, and simple in operation. It has a speed of 40-50 tubes/min, for tube dia up to 22.2 mm. It consists mainly of one rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets for different sizes of tubes, a twin SS filling syringe pump with teflon rings, two SS filling nozzles connected to a small pneumatic string cutter device for control of Tailing, No Tube-No Fill switche, one 20 litre SS hopper for paste/ointment, one SS block with non-return valve attached to the hopper and intricate cam and follower assembly closed in elegantly coloured or SS cabinet. All contact parts are of stainless steel and Teflon. Filled, sealed and code stamped tubes are ejected automatically on a SS chute. The filling assembly is very easily detachable for cleaning or for changeover to other product. The machine runs on a 1 HP, 1,440 RPM, 440 V AC 3-phase motor.
