Paint/solvent filling machine

IPA Flowmatics make paint/solvent filling machines consisting of a weighing platform, filling valve and flame proof electrical/electronic controller. The cans/barrels of different sizes are placed and filled on this machine one by one. The specially designed pneumatically operated valve is dismantable for easy cleaning after each colour filling. The flexible keyboards on the control panel helps to select the quantity within the specified range. Roller platforms are provided on the filling system. The barrel-filling machine is provided with a roller ramp for easy placement and removal of barrels from the weighing platform. The paint/solvent flow gets cut off automatically when the set point is achieved. A password lock is also provided to ensure tamper proof operation. The controller gives individual weight as well as cumulative weight. Flame proof and non flameproof models are available.
