Hassia Packaging (Oystar Hassia India) has launched a Packaging Machine, Model Flexi Bag 180TC that can pack any product in flexible bags with twin width of 60 mm to 180 mm in twin-lane version to achieve speeds of up to 200 bags per minute. The company is a fully owned subsidiary of Oystar Holding GmBH, Germany. The Oystar Group consists of 17 group companies spread across the globe with a total turnover of Euro 450 million (approx Rs 3,000 crore). The company believes in strengthening the customers’ packaging capability by offering machines that can pack at higher speed. This machine can pack milk powders, spices, snack food, tea, coffee, agro-chemicals, sugar, rice, seeds, lentils, etc. The company offers vertical form fill seal (VFFS) machines and jar indexers with different types of weighing scales for product dosing. It has a wide range of weighers, fillers in both volumetric and load cell as for example easy dose cup filler, accu screw auger filler, twin auger, linear vibratory weigher, linear micro vibratory weigher, net scale, belt weigher, screw weigher, etc. For the dairy sector, it is now introducing filling and sealing cup machines for products like yoghurt, ice cream, butter and margarine. The cup filling machines have unique features like pre-filling, over-cupping and speed of up to 4,000 cups per hour.
