Packaging machines

Indra Machines offers a range of packaging machines (for solids as well as liquids) to meet stringent standards of weight variation, speed and economy. Manufacturing is based on Auto-Cad and microprocessor programmer. The product line-up includes: vertical form fill seal machines, volumetric cup fillers, weigh fillers, liquid fillers, etc. Model VEFC is used for packing various products like sugar, tea, detergents, pulses, mouth fresheners, etc. The packaging speed ranges from 600 packs per hour up to 3600 packs per hour. Packing material used are laminated films like BOPP, polyester poly, paper poly, aluminium foil, glassine poly, etc. The machine also incorporates minelayer films LDPE, polypropylene, HM, HDPE, etc. Model VEFL is provided for packing liquids like shampoo, syrups, lubricants, and milk, edible oils. Packing capacity is 0.5 gm to 1000 gm. Special models are also offered to pack stuff up to 25 kg, eg, adhesives in drums and cans. Semiautomatic machines like weigh fillers are suitable for organisations like supermarkets where product mix-up is large for packing various things. These models are ideally suitable for packing nut-bolts, washers, washers, pins, etc, since they operate on principle of weighment. Auger filler based machines are offered for packing ground products like flour, spices, pigments, etc. Machines are also provided for tapes, pens, bearings, and rubber parts.
