Quality Packaging Systems offers a Packaging Machine. Salient features: minimum requirement of compressed air (1 HP compressor is sufficient); compact design, easy to install and maintain; highly accurate filling due to microprocessor based electronic controller with digital timer; setting and digital bag counting facility (variable speed drive – optional); smooth cam driven and compact mechanical system having very low noise level; constant level gravity fill system assisted by float arrangement for milk and other free flowing liquids; good seal quality due to advanced impulse heat technology associated with heat purging facility; optional attachment of photo mark sensing and date/batch code printing; and facility for independent head operation with simultaneous packing of different quantities. Technical specifications: mechanical systems – two separate clutch brake used for paper pulling; cam driven horizontal movement (cam material in HCHC and hardened); ISI brand half HP motor for each head; branded gearbox, oil lubrication points; filling system is pneumatic by cylinder; and machine speed 2500 pouches per head. Electrical system: no separate electrical panel is required, mains on/off push button is provided, fuse protection is provided to each phase, separate motor on/off switch is provide, ultra violet tube to maintain hygiene. Electronic system: digital electronic heat control system with heat purging, digital bag counter, photo mark connection is provided (photocell optional).
