Galaxy Industrial Corporation manufactures custom designed packaging trays, blister packs and clamshell packs for hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools and other products. The attractive packaging is designed with specially profiled contours, which give high support to product for complete safety. The packages are resuable, thus, the products can be packed in them after use, thereby allowing for safe storage of tools over a long period of time. The company is equipped with a range of facilities, right from small semi-automatic machines to high speed automatic thermoforming machines, and complete in-house design facility combined with CAD-CAM and CNC milling machines for tooling. This enables it to handle production of small quantity orders as well as orders of large quantities running into millions of parts. It also produces trays from flock (velvet) coated materials. In association with its German associates M/s A&D Verpackungsmaschinenbau GmbH, the company also offer custom-built Thermoform-Fill-Seal (TFFS) packaging systems.
