Neck Banding Machine--Cap Sleever

Midas Equipment offers cap sleever, a new generation machine, very useful for bottle neck cap sleeving. It has been developed to meet the growing demand for tamper proof protection for round, square, rectangular and oval shaped plastic or glass bottles and containers. This equipment is based on well proven sleeve forming, cutting, opening and delivery technology at high speed. The sleeve is advanced, formed, cut and placed precisely over the cap of the container and then passed through a shrink tunnel consuming very low power. It is available in two models, viz, S6 and S3, with an output speed of 120 bpm and 60 bpm, respectively. Both models are available in GMP and economy class with and without shrink tunnel. There are few changed parts and adjustments are kept to a minimum. A wide range of options are available including machine speed control through variable frequency drive (VFD), production counter, etc. Heat shrinkable PVC in tube form with diameter ranging from 20 mm to 60 mm and thickness 0.05 mm to 0.09 mm can be used for sleeving. The cap sleever can sleeve bottles or containers with height ranging from 50 mm to 300 mm, bottle diameter from 25 mm to 100 mm and bottle neck diameter of 20 mm to 60 mm. It finds application in pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, cosmetics, and oil and lubricant industries.
