Multilayer Flexible Packaging

Gohil Packaging offers multilayer flexible packaging on various grades of plastic substrates and films made on food grade plastic composite films and pouches for plastic packaging. The finished pouches are made of food-grade plastic composite films only. With its converting processes, high quality graphics are converted by graphics software programs into colour separation modes and then on to cylinders for transferring the image by quality inks to the plastic substrate. With the gravure cylinders manufactured in-house, the entire multi-layer flexible packaging process is co-ordinated and monitored in the correct sequence so that the finished product conforms to the original design, the right application, and on the right substrate. The packing materials are made with plastic substrates and Polyester+LD LLDPE, Polyester+Met, Polyester+LD LLDPE, Polyester+BOPP, Polyester+CPP, Polyester+PP, BOPP+CPP, BOPP+Met HS BOPP, BOPP+BOPP, Polyester+Foil+LD LLDPE, etc, printed on rotogravure printing machine using packagin
