The Multi Track Pouch Packing Machine, PP 150 is used for liquids and powders. Output is up to 250 pouches per minute. It is highly precise and microprocessor-controlled device with PLC based technology, which provides maximum flexibility. Membrane-touch keys for setting parameters are available. It is a user-friendly device with maximum online settings. It is easily accessible for print mark and batch coding settings. It has fast and easy size change over. All settings are made through Touch Key & interactive message on screen. The pouches are perfectly sealed. High outputs with high fill accuracy and low maintenance are its features. Special machines are available for bottle shape pouches, flat bottle pouches with pick and place arrangement. Accessories: chain cutting of pouch; batch coding unit and embossing unit.
