Monobloc Filler Capper Machine

Orion Packaging Solutions provides monobloc filler capper machine capable of filling and capping 15 to 80 containers per minute. The machine is constructed with stainless steel frame and incorporated with interlocked guarding facility. All internal mechanical parts of the machine are specially treated to prevent oxidisation. Filling of the containers is done with the help of accuramatic electronic peristaltic pump (for liquids) or TGM piston pump (for creams). Diameter of the container can be up to 50 mm (maximum) and its overall height can range up to 150 mm. Accuracy of the machine is ? 0.2 per cent.
