Indra Machine offers Microsealer For Pouches, based on the latest technology in the packaging field. The machine incorporates state-of-the-art continuous heat-sealing technology; one used in high speed automatic machines. The biggest advantage of the machine is it accommodates any size of pouch. The machine can seal any size of sachet. Any laminated pouch like BOPP, polyester, poly, paper poly, aluminium foil, etc, can be sealed on the machine. A temperature controller is provided on the machine to suit different laminations and thickness of film. The machine is easy for operation. The operator has to just insert the filled pouch. Unlike common foot operated machine there is no need to press any pedal. It reduces operator fatigue considerably. The machine can very well synchronised with machines like weigh filler, cup filler, auger filler. It is maintenance free. The continuous motion of the roller offers a very high-speed production as much as 1800 pouches per hour. The machine imparts a diamond knurling type seal with thickness of 10 mm. The sealed pouches offer pilfer proof packing also adding to the aesthetics. It is a portable tabletop machine, weighing only 5 kg. Size of the machine is 200 x 250 x 300 mm.
