Labelling Machines

Gopinath Maharshi offers Labelling Machines, VSC/VLC. This model is used for full/ partial wrap around labelling on different size of round/ square and other shape containers. The unique feature of this machine is "no change parts required for different diameter of containers" hence the down time is very less for change over. The machine operates at the speed of 100-200-300 containers/ min (depending upon the label length). Separate drives for conveyor, wrap around and space creator is useful for precise labelling in case of multi-product with different label size. For dedicated product line, single pot speed synchronisation is also available as an option. For wrap around labelling on rectangular and other shape bottles/ jars, rotary labeller is offered depending upon number of station and output capacity required. Unique features: fool-proof labelling system, i.e., "no container, no labelling" and "no container with missing label"; modular structure reduces down time by quickest change over, flexibility in settings like printing position and dispensing position; independent drives for space creator and wrap around enhance handling of multi-product with different label lengths more effectively; lowering-lifting device for wrap around and dispenser gives flexibility for label positioning; mono card PLC system with on-line speed display and control; PLC based control panel with LCD display, in-built digital counter and self diagnostic LED on panel; important data input facility for printing time and label length helps in achieving better print quality and auto detection for "no look" labels respectively; data input "label length" helps to by pass the label sensor when malfunctioning for uninterrupted labelling; and virtually tool-less operation with least maintenance.
