Hotmelt Dispensing Systems

Klebatech Series (KT10 and KT 20) all-electric hotmelt adhesive applicator systems are ideal for manual and automatic packaging and product assembly applications. KT10 has a modular construction designed to heat tank 4.5 kg of hotmelt in granulate, slat, pellet or pastille form. The KT20 comes with a bigger tank capacity of 9.1 kg. The heater and tank assemblies are designed for ensuring minimal hotmelt-degradation due to charring in order to ensure smooth flow of hotmelt through the optimally constructed heating hose and hotmelt heads provided with inline filters. The robust electrically driven motor can be regulated to provide variable adhesive throughput up to a maximum of 21 kg per hour of standard grade EVA hotmelt. All three heating zones, viz, tank, hose and head, are controlled individually through separate electronic temperature controllers in a temperature range of 35?C to 230?C. The system configuration allows for features such as both manual and automatic application of hotmelt adhesive through specially designed Klebatech heads with nozzles that are switched on and off either manually through a foot switch or then by photocells through electrically operated solenoids. Features include: hotmelt adhesive in different forms such as granulate, pellets blocks can be easily worked with; special pressure relief valve provided to regulate system pressure and ensure safe working; Teflon coating to hotmelt tank to prevent adhesive degradation and charring; and adhesive flow easily adjustable through a conveniently located regulator.
