Hot Air Sealer

Rapid Pack Hot Air Sealer is ideal for on-line sealing of filled pouches. The machine utilises jet of hot air at controlled temperatures for sealing various types of laminated/ virgin heat sealable pouches. The filled pouches are placed manually on the conveyor belt and guided between two sets of gripper belts which carry the pouch to the hot air sealing zone. The sealing head components are made from selected material to withstand corrosive atmosphere. The control panel is provided with temperature controller, electrical interlocks and other switching circuits. Features include: the machine does not require compressed air or cooling water; no direct contact of the pouch material with the heater elements; built-in pouch conveyor for carrying the pouches; and simple and sturdy construction facilitates operation and maintenance. It is ideal for detergent powder and salt industries.
