High Speed Continuous Sealer

Indra offers a high speed sealer for packing tea, detergents, wafers, spices, etc, in sachets. The machine is continuously running type. Operator has to feed the filled sachets from entry chute of the machine. Top edge of the sachet is pressed under hot sealing roller; the sealed sachets are obtained from the other end of the machine. It is a table top type machine which can be operated on domestic power supply. Power consumption is around 0.8 kW and it operates on 230 V AC single phase. A temperature controller is provided in order to seal different types of heat sealable foils. Sachets made from BOPP, polyester poly, aluminium foil, pearl BOPP, paper poly, or glassine poly can be sealed. Extra attachment is available in order to pack LDPE, polypropylene, HDPE, etc. Operation of the machine is easy and no skilled person is required. Output is around 1200 packs per hour. The body of the machine is powder coated to prevent corrosion. No change, parts are required to seal sachets of different sizes. Various types of sealing rollers are available as per customer's requirement. An adjustable stand is available as an extra accessory. Due to constant running nature of the machine, it can very well be attached to any conveyorised production line.
