Gravity Casepacker System

For more than 19 years, Case Packing Systems (CPS), based in Stramproy, Netherlands, has designed and supplied high-tech systems for automatic end-of-line packaging of product-filled bags, which can be placed into cardboard boxes, trays, crates or even large containers and pallet boxes up to 1,500 mm high. 'Tailor-made' is the key word describing all CPS casepacker lines. Each and every casepacker configuration is specially adapted to the requirements and circumstances of the user. CPS technical proposals are based on a very thorough inventory of the user's requirements as to available space, product change over, flexibility, output and internal logistic optimisation. For pillow bags, gusseted bags, block bottom bags, the gravity casepacker system horizontally positions the products in cardboard boxes, trays or display cartons.
