Labthink Testing Instruments offers Gradation Heat-Sealing Instruments, RTD-R1. It combines the requirement of ZBY 28004 and ASTM F 2029, seals the specimen with press to test the seal parameters of laminated films, coating paper, and other heat sealing laminated films. The seal parameters include heat seal temperature, dwell time, and the pressure of heat seal. Different melting point, heat stability, fluidness, and thickness of heat seal materials could make heat seal properties various, that cause obviously different seal technique. Steady seal pressure, accurate dwell time, and 6 dwell temperatures of this instrument enable users to get best heat sealing parameters.
