Fully automatic bag filling systems, to handle the entire range of operations from Bag pick and place, to material handling and feeding into the bags, filling by weight to bag closing are available.
- Maximum speed of 1200 bags/hr, 4 point check for positive detection of bag, automatic bag feeder with safety device, special shutter, air duct (optional), air squeezing device (optional).
- Automatic bag feeder incorporates a horizontal 3-block bag magazine with a capacity of 300 bags (PE bags), safety devices (lamp &/or buzzer signals) to confirm automatic and continuous operation.
