Form Fill & Seal Machine

Rajasthan Packagers offers automatic Form Fill and Seal Machine, Models RP-01, RP-02 and RP-03. These have application for smooth and easy packing of tea, coffee, colours, powders, all kind of spices, detergent powder, peanuts, cashew nuts, pharmaceuticals powder, shampoo, liquid detergent, tomato ketchup, liquid hair dye, lime, coconut oil and many other items like that.

Optional attachments: batch coding device, N2 gas flushing attachment, adjustable disk system, conveyor attachment system, vibrator system, batch cutter system. Models: RP-01 (three side sealing), RP-02 (four side sealing), and RP-03 (centre sealing). Pouch size: RP-01 – width 20 to 160 mm, length 41 to 200 mm; RP-02 – width 20 to 160 mm, length 41 to 200 mm; and RP-03 – width 40 to 250 mm and length 60 to 300 mm; weight – 430 to 500 kg; speed – 10-200 pouch per min, (depend on products); and dimensions – 750 x 550 x 1760 mm.
