The Fibre Carding & Filling Machine, BC1013 is suitable for upholstery, sofa and bedding production. The fibre-carding machine is available with metal detector to detect metal pieces on the machine belt. If any metal piece is noticed on the belt, the machine stops and turns reverse carrying the metal pieces out. Fibre opening is used for carding polyester, glue-spray cotton; mixing machine is used for mixing other materials, such as wool, foam pieces, feather, etc.; filling machine is used for filling all material into back rest, cushion, pillow, etc.
