FIBC/ Big Bag Filling Machines

TIA Technology manufactures FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container) Filling Machines that are used for filling FIBC bags ranging from 300 kg to 2 tonnes. The usage of FIBC bags enable reduced operating costs by investment in a single machine, packing of large amount of material in a single bag and employment of one or two operators depending on the filling speed and application. Systems manufactured by the company can be attached with a vibratory table for product consolidation and a double jacketed feed chute with an inflatable bellow arrangement to seal the neck of the bag to allow inert gas purging. A higher level automation will include auto ejection of bags after filling and transfer of the bag to a roller conveyor with a pallet destacker arrangement. The use of high precision load cells combined with an advanced micro-controller with a 24-bit ADC load cell module enables accurate weighing of the product. The design of TIA Technology’s weighing and filling systems are customised to meet the site and production requirements. The filling systems are supplied with sector-gate/butterfly gate arrangement or screw feeder or vibratory tray feeders depending on the product specifications. The company also employs various methods of filling the bags like multi-drop for very high accuracy requirements, frame based weighing or the conventional weigh-frame arrangement.
