Elder Instruments offers Drum/Can Filling Systems. Specifications: accuracy of filling as high as 0.05%; 1/2" 7-segment red bright LED display; mechanical overload protection; auto taring up to 100% of full scale; automatic In-flight compensation; and dual speed filling. The system ensures fast, accurate and drip-free filling of liquids. It is available for capacities ranging from 50 to 210 ltr for drums and 5 to 50 ltr for cans or pails. The systems are provided with necessary safety interlocks. Windows based PC software for filling data capturing and report generations are available, as also automatic drum/can removal mechanism and capping machines. Features: complete custom built filling stations with all related automation; the most reliable and accurate systems; the basic systems consists of a filling station and a weighing indicator/controller; available in top/surface/sub-surface drum filling or single/multiple can filling mode; reduction of manual intervention and manpower requirement; and drum or can/pail counting facility available in the system.
