The continuous Pouch Sealing Machine, APCH-220 is used for high-speed bag sealing. This machine can seal up to 5 kg materials used for packing chips, tea and confectionery items. It is specially designed for high-speed pouch packing machine. This machines is a continuous sealer useful for laminated BOPP, Led aluminium, PP, etc. The other products available include direct heat-sealing machine, shrink-wrapping machine, etc.

It consists of On/Off switch, speed regulator, cooling fan, digital temperature control and adjustable conveyor belt. The temperature setting and the speed setting will depend on the type and thickness of material being sealed. The bag will pass through the sealing blocks, cooling blocks and embossing wheel before being dropped out at the end sealed. It has a very easy operating system at low maintenance.
