Process Instrumentation & Controls offers Coding Machines. These are available with an in-built digital counter for counting the number of ouches, packets and sachets products. These are suitable for printing of batch number, date of manufacture, MRP, etc., on any FFS/pouch packing, tea-coffee packing, oil-ghee, biscuits, cosmetics, condom/milk, spices, shampoo packing, etc. These are extremely accurate system with arrangement of stepper motor controller. These are available with durable aluminium construction with variable dimensions that helps to use with both continuous and intermittent type of FFS machine/wrapping machine or with any other similar type of packaging machines. Once set there is no need to stop the process for printing as printing is online and continuous. Very high printing speed is achieved. These machines are printed at speed up to 180 and more impressions/minute or as per requirements. These are automatically tracks the speed of packaging machine and vary its own speed according to the packaging machine"s speed. These are also indicates linear speed of film, wrapper in metres/minute and gives a coding area up to 75 x 75 mm or more. These are customised to any parental machine and can achieve variable speeds as per requirement.
