Case Packer

Sunpack Machines manufactures a range of packaging machines. The company manufactures a case packer that works on 440 V, 50/60 Hz and power rating of 2 kW. The machine dimensions are L 1765 x W 850 x H 1780. Gripping can be either by vacuum or mechanical or magnetic. This machine has applications in packing of tins/bottles/paper products with max packaging dimensions L 450 x W 350 x H 450 mm and working efficiency 1500-1800 packs per hour. Air supply rquirement is about 5.5 (80 PSI) with net weight 500 kg. The company has its own machining and fabrication set up for the speed and quality delivery of conveyors. A team of engineers and technicians is at hand to take up any type of conveyors at the factory. Apart from all types of conveyors, the company also imports standard packaging machines and custom-built machines for different packaging needs of industries, like case erectors, case packers, carton sealers and strapping machines, shrink packing machines and carton box packing machines. Besides these it also manufactures PVC/MS/SS idle roller conveyors, PVC/MS/SS powerised roller conveyors, SS slat chain conveyors, shrink tunnels, L-sealers, carton sealing machines, stretch wrapping, case packers, case erectors, simplex chain roller conveyors, Z type elevators and special purpose conveyors.
