Bulk Mineral Water Filler

CIM Technologies offers Bulk mineral water filler. The Aqua-Line series of water fillers can automatically wash, sanitise, fill and cap jars for packaged mineral water applications. The systems can handle 25/20/15 litre polycarbonate jars with a capacity to fill 50, 100, 200, 400 and 600 jars per hour. The design of the system can be customised and manufactured to suit user specifications. The features include a heavy-duty stainless steel construction, safety-first design, programmable logic control, hot detergent wash, external brush wash, high velocity pressure sprayers, a stainless steel descending filling head system with a rod-less cylinder and a built-in clean room with pressurised fill area utilising HEPA sub micron filtration system. Every component in this machine is designed and built to comply with the national/international hygiene and sanitary standards. The materials of construction are stainless steel, silicone rubber, nylon, toughened glass, and UHMWPE with best in class hardware (pneumatics, electrical, geared motors, pumps, etc) from internationally reputed manufacturers. These plug and operate systems have a very small foot print, quick to install, easily accessible for cleaning, easy to maintain and have the cleaning in process (CIP) capability.
