Bubble Guard Board In Polypropylene for Packing

WIM Plast offers Cello Bubble Guard Board for packing applications. This has triple layers of virgin polypropylene sheets with plain layers on either sides and the middle core layer having thermoformed bubbles/cones is welded together with specialised technique to get a strong and rigid composite structure which offers remarkable strengths/properties. Special features/advantages: lighter weight and hence easy and convenient to handle; equal strength on both the directions; strong and durable offering high strength to weight ratio; high compressive and impact strength; uniform and higher contact area being bubbled structure; cushioning effect being entrapped bubbles and hollow structure; adequate strength and stiffness; elegant look and high aesthetics; impermeable to moisture, water, oils, etc; washable and wipeable; chemically inert and non-hazardous; hygienic, odourless, anti-fungi and termite proof; attractive colours to enhance the look; excellent die-cutting/creasing performance and for other conversions; can be stapled, heat welded, riveted, ultrasonically welded or hot melt glued; interlocking box designs possible for self-erected boxes; can be screen printed, digital printed of attractive designs to enhance image and appeal; conventional conversion techniques/process possible; thermally insulating, being hollow bubbled structure; and online pre-printed film lamination possible for printed boxes, etc. Special grades offered: UV grade; FR (flame retardant) grade; antistatic grade; specialised laminates with various substrates, like non woven fabric, PP/BOPP – based films, PP woven fabric, EPE foam, metalised films, etc; and conductive grade (under development).
